Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)

What is it?

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy combines increased atmospheric pressure with increased inspired oxygen to enhance oxygen delivery to the body. This therapy boosts oxygen-carrying capacity, promotes healing, and affects gene expression to reduce inflammation and prevent cell death.

We are proud to partner with OneBase Health for our HBOT chambers. OneBase is revolutionizing the industry of personalized HBOT with their beautiful and thoughtfully designed chambers and their devotion to education and progress.

Best Practices

     BEFORE​

  • Drink Water!

  • Eat lightly 1-2 hours before (no heavy meals)

  • Avoid Alcohol or carbonated drinks at least 4 hours before your session

  • Avoid Caffeine as restricted blood vessels can lessen the effectiveness of treatment

     AFTER

  • ​Don't travel to locations with higher altitudes for 24 hours after treatment

Infrared Sauna

What is it?

Infrared saunas heat your body from the inside by using the wavelength of invisible light spectrum to penetrate deep into tissues, gently warming your body without heating the air around you. We use Clearlight® saunas Full spectrum infrared technology that blends near, mid, and far infrared wavelengths. Try a session in one of our 2 private rooms!

Session Details
  • Recommended duration is 20-45 minutes

  • Drink Water!

  • Avoid eating 1-2 hours before your session

  • Avoid alcohol 

  • Clean skin is best! Avoid applying makeup and lotion before your session

     AFTER

Cold Plunge

What is it?

Cold plunging involves immersing the body in cold water for a short period of time as a form of therapy or recovery. We set our plunges to 48-52 degrees F in private rooms for personalized treatment and use the Plunge All-In for the most rejuvenating experience possible.

Contrast Therapy

What is it?

Contrast therapy involves alternating between exposure to hot and cold temperatures to promote various health benefits. It has been widely embraced by elite athletes for its unparalleled recovery benefits. Moreover, it is thought to have many benefits for mental well-being as it can provide a sense of rejuvenation and relaxation. Overall, contrast therapy can be a refreshing and beneficial practice when done safely and responsibly. Our contrast rooms cater to up to three individuals per session.

Session Details
  • We recommend our clients alternate between sauna and cold plunge several times over a 30 - 50 minute period

  • The greatest benefit will come from using contrast therapy consistently, 1-2 times a week

  • It is not recommended to do Contrast Therapy daily

  • Aim for at least 48 hours between sessions

Best Practices
  • Stretch during heat therapy or before you switch to the cold session to increase blood flow and prevent cramping 

  • Listen to your body and gradually increase contrast intensity as you go

  • ALWAYS Finish with Cold Therapy (Finishing with heat could worsen swelling and inflammation)

Salt Therapy

What is it?

Salt therapy, or halotherapy, involves releasing tiny salt particles into the air to recreate the microclimate of a salt cave. We offer sessions in our spacious sauna, where the HALO ONE® uses innovative technology to vaporize pharmaceutical-grade saline solution, producing salt particles between 1-10 microns for inhalation. These sessions are designed for up to two people to enjoy simultaneously, providing a rejuvenating experience for both body and mind.

Red Light Therapy

What is it?

With red lights spanning 64” over a horizontal bed, you can relax while reaping the benefits of our RLT.   • Drink Water - Red and Infrared lights are attracted to well-hydrated cells

  • Avoid make up and lotion/serums

  • Don't use aggressive exfoliating products

     AFTER

  • Drink Water

  • Moisturize, Apply argan oil, peptides, vitamin C

  • Avoid excessive sunlight too quickly afterwards to prevent irritation

Compression

What is it?

Compression boots, also known as recovery boots, use air compression to squeeze the lower body, starting at the feet and moving up to the hips.
