A 30 minute session where you go back and forth between the infrared sauna and the cold plunge.

Red Light Add-On:
Vertical panels within the sauna to enhance your treatment and work towards improving skin health & mood. Done simultaneously during sauna session without adding time.

Red Light Therapy:
Takes place in our private Red Light room where client will lay down while receiving 20 minutes of treatment from a full-coverage horizontal panel featuring 300 LED Red Light/Near Infrared bulbs. This treatment works towards overall skin health, mood, joint and muscle pain, and more.

PLEASE NOTE:
'Red Light Add-On' is different than our 'Red Light Therapy' service.
